What is your cancellation policy for classes and workshops?
Students who withdraw from a class or workshop at least 72 hours prior to the first class are eligible for a refund, minus a $50 registration fee, or they can choose to transfer full credit toward another class. After that time (within 72 hrs of first class or workshop), no consideration will be given except for medical reasons with a note from the student’s physician, in which case a credit will be granted for unused classes
Programs not held due to bad weather or instructor’s absence will be rescheduled.
What is your cancellation policy for art parties? Full payment of the art party is due upon booking. If you need to cancel, you are eligible for a full refund up to 14 days prior to the date of the party. If you cancel within 14 days, you will receive a 50% refund.
What is your sick child policy? A student must be fever free for a full 24 hrs., diarrhea & vomit free for at least 72 hrs. If your child has the sneezes, an excessive cough, or a constantly running nose – please keep them home to rest and recover.
What if I have to miss a class? If a student must miss a regularly scheduled class, they are welcome to arrange a make-up class with the teacher if the schedule allows. If they have to miss a workshop, see the cancellation policy for details.
What is your inclement weather policy? For all weekday classes: We will follow Portland Public School’s lead. If PPS closes or delays we will cancel classes. You will be notified via email. For weekend classes: Our owner will make the call to cancel classes at least one hour before class. You will be notified via email.
